1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Clothing items may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of the purchase date.
   • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

2. Final Sale Policy:

   • Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless deemed faulty.
   • Final sale items include clearance, discounted, or promotional items.

3. Return Process:

   • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of the purchase date to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
   • Returns received without an RA number will not be accepted.
   • Once you receive your RA number, please securely package the item(s) and include the original packing slip.
   • Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
   • Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them for eligibility. If approved, we will issue store credit for the purchase amount, minus any applicable restocking fees (if applicable).

4. Store Credit:

   • Store credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card, valid for use on future purchases at Le'Feminine.
   • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Exclusions:

   • For hygiene reasons, certain items such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and accessories (e.g., hats, earrings) are not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed faulty.

6. Policy Modifications:

   • Le'Feminine reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
